Climate change is causing a 12% decline in crop yields. 30% of greenhouse gas emissions, which cause global heating, come from the food system. 70% of fresh water consumption is not all of us drinking water to have two to six liters a day,. But it is because the food system needs it to grow crops and so on and so forth. So you've got a very complicated interrelationship and frankly, it's one that's unsustainable.
