The Biden Administration's Plan to Deport People

There are limits on how long you can detain families and they while there were reports that they were considering reopening some of the family detention centers, that seems to be one policy that they have at least for the moment taken off the table. So if the alternative was to detain people 24 hours a day, then at least having a place that they can check in that you know that they will be for five or six hours a day is in theory preferable. Now the question is going to be there have been shifts over the last few years and how many people even have a home waiting for them.
