The SEC Approval of a Spot Bitcoin ETF
There is a relatively low fraction of global Bitcoin trade based in the US. So there's three ways, right, that I see a path forward to getting the spot ETF. The SEC could change its policy and say "we're not going to apply this test anymore" Or offshore exchanges could voluntarily tender some sort of agreement with U.S. regulators.
