Is There a Real Political Winner?

Justin Trudeau spent most of the three weeks kind of pouting and scowling. He seemed to just kind of hope it would go away. And then when it didn't, he overreacted and invoked the Emergencies Act. Even people who opposed the convoy thought it was an overreaction. But I think Pierre Poliev was undoubtedly a winner.
