As a kid, i was just like, what is going on here? I don't understand so many people were more interested in their pants. A lot of people misinterpret that as god being like your protection system. It's basically santa claus and plato - spirit and body are at odds. And these things are fighting each other, and we need to be purer,. So and then santa claus, watching and rewarding, huge part of our culture, subconscious. We're dealing with the separation of spirit and body. Didn't come from jesus. Its all that body shame comes from a misinterpretation of paul which we don't have to go into now.
