Building a Community Around Fungible Tokens

It essentially started with a request just out to my network to say, Hey, we're going on this journey and we're going to try to build something in Web3. We actually had a false start, which I think is oftentimes people say, what's your learning or what are some things that didn't work? Well, at the time we were trying to organize and create our dial around a fungible token,. That model just has a lot of problems and inherently baked into it. So we went down that path and we decided to pivot. In that pivot, NFTs became more or less the way to build a community.
