Is There Anything to Be Drawn From That?

When Liz Truss appeared at that press conference a couple of days ago on Friday, the markets didn't respond well. We haven't heard from the prime minister today, but is there anything to be drawn from that? I think there is. It's interesting in this discussion we've been having about an early general election. The assumption was that we need a general election to get past this. So the fact that now we're saying, well, maybe we don't isn't quite a big shift. And it may get to a stage where it's just so hot in the kitchen that everyone just wants to get out - including Conservative MPs.
