How to Fund a Government Program

There are basically five ways that you can fund a government program. There's a progressive tax, a flat tax, a regressive tax, debt and inflation. Debt and inflation would be a bad idea, but explaining why would be a podcast in and of itself. So it's probably best if you just take my word for it on those two anyway.
