How to Be a Successful Coach in a Group Setting
The coaching circle is less about learning something new, but more deepening kind of what I already have. It's really challenged me to see how I interpret the topic we've talked about and maybe why I didn't look at it in that way. We're then going back to reminding ourselves of what must it be like for this new team that's coming in to meet their coach for the first time. And just to bring ourselves back to those moments is a really powerful tool within our coaching.
