The Fed Funds Rate - Is That Really Going to Happen?

The Federal Reserve announced a 25 basis point hike in the federal funds rate. CNN's John Defterios asks why Fed Chairman Jerome Powell didn't talk more about deposit insurance and how important that was to the banking system. He also wonders if Janet Yellen kind of did it for him by not speaking out on her own at the same time.
