Sylvia Ogunlesi is the founder of Misson, a venture capital firm based in Lagos. The company invests in women's start-up companies across Africa. Ms Ogunlesi says she has been luckier than most women to find investors who are willing to take risks on her ideas at an early stage. She believes that if more African women had access to funding they would be able to develop and grow their businesses.
