The Fuzzy Line Between Mental Illness and Disorder
The way our society interacts with mental health is still something that we just still such a stigma. When I started writing John Cleaver in Hollow City, which are my books specifically about abnormal psychology, it was true at that time. We have a history of either demonizing mental illness or of canonizing it. So but that said, a lot of this is definitely an illness. And you should seek treatment and take care of yourself.
