Not seeing a raised JVP really is not that helpful. It just means you're not finding it or the patient's not manifesting that as one of their physical signs. A lot of these things will be completely useless once we have ultrasound probes onto our smartphones instead of South Coast. But not to diminish the utility of some of these tests in the very very practiced clinician. Nick, why don't we give sort of a thumbs up thumbs down or a neutral sign for the things that we've talked about.
