I like the idea of keeping a thought log as well. I think it's especially for women, especially people going through all the different hormones and stuff. It can be really hard to like track or like for example, me this week, I know the reason I'm feeling so heightened of these things is because I am PMSinglike it is just a fact. And yeah, there's also actually a kind of journaling. One of them is kind of like three key questions. The first one is what are the stories you're currently telling yourself? Where do they come from? And then examining like, are they true?
