That's what he's getting at with the title, the abolition of man. We will no longer be humans if we continue in this way. In fact, mister maksmarnt, you telling me that one early reviewer completely missed the point? I know i've referred to it before. Im the historian hugh trevor roper, who didn't really know louis all that well, but decided, just sort of on first sight, that he hated him.
