Is There a Competency for SDRs?
Not enough is spoken about competency for SDRs. It's that fine balance between coaching just the behaviour and then referring back to metrics. I've seen this lots of times where an SDR goes into the job and they start by thinking it is about numbers. And like sales is the Benjamin Button of Careers, you start by doing the absolute hardest thing in sales. So why don't we concentrate on the competency? Let's make them better from day one.
