The Cost of Uncertainty in Decision Making

In a team setting, I am the type of decision maker that loves throwing straw man's out. Some folks when you do that really recoil because they don't agree or because it's not their process. You just throw something out there without the data and without a process to get to it and whatever. And so as the leader, some of whom are like me and throw out straw man's and some of who are really like the sit back thinkers doesn't want to speak until they're 100% sure. That part of my brain is always constant constantly processing uncertainty.
