Kanye West is exhibiting all manner of symptoms that are common to bipolar mania. He has a well-documented history with the disorder and he's also in the very unfortunate position for someone with bipolar disorder of being a rich and powerful person. When you're rich and powerful, no one tells you what to do and what not to do. I think that in his life, he does not have the people necessary to force him into treatment.
