The Importance of Dealing With Negative Emotions

In stoicism, it's this view that your negative emotions are cognitive. They tell you something about the way you relate to the world and you don't want to ignore them. And so, I think we're as for kindergarten, they're revelatory in a different way. They're positive things. They're a blessing. A kid gardener, you know, he says to learn to be action the right way is the greatest lesson in life. So I think there's more emphasis on kid card on the positive and intrinsic major. Right? Yeah, I'm super curious about that."
