Socket Connection in Servulus Function?

Stot drop has a connect pool on the back end. It keeps a list of everything that's at an ip address, and it serves that to the front d so that is something that can't be done with a function. But if you wanted to scale it out, i mean, i think the guy runs it on a single server,. Cause all they have to do is make oneapi request, here's my ip address. That's it, right? So his load is so low that if everybody in the world uses stot drop, and i don't know that he'd need more than one server for it.
