Is God in the Past or Outside of Time?

In the future, god could answer prayers he remembers from when someone said them in the past. And in the past,god could answer them based on his foreknowledge of what people will pray in the future. I think that there's no coherent way to avoid the conclusion that the past, present and future are all equally real for god from his timeless perspective in the eternal now.
