Canon Carter's research practice has grown from nothing to now 24 researchers. The types of researchers that you've hired initially different than the UX researchers you hire now in the present. Do they have more experience? Do they have a high level of education? Like what's the difference between those earlier researchers like Canon Carter and the more recent UX researchers?
