Silicon Valley has a bias against MBAs, says Flexport founder and CEO. "The average person going to MBA to do a business school degree is not a great founder," he adds. But it doesn't mean that there's nothing to do with the business school degree: "It helped me immensely in understanding the principles of accounting"
