Investing in the Future of Technology

There's a lot of technology now as an issue in foreign policy and in foreign relations. Both sides don't know how to talk to each other, and they're looking for a common language. The idea of fusing industrial policy, meto government and industry, an academia, or even defence is new. And there'r some interesting fault lines there. It not only try to connect and bridge that gap, because i think there's a huge gap between the two worlds.
