Wells called for and is addressed to the young liberals at their summer school in Oxford in July of 1932. Copeland then adds, one should add that this well zian liberal utopia with its renunciation of parliamentary democracy, private property and individualism was not the good society as liberals in the conventional sense would have understood it. And maybe I'll write more about that later. But anyway, I just in my own defense, I'm going to read you this extent passion from from this guy Copeland.
