Phantom Stock Plans - A Very Useful Tool
i was a phantom stock holder, a me and about 16 17 other vice presidents. We were rewarded handsomely as a result of this tool. I still love the concept a phantom stock. Even though in this case it was hard to understand, i still think this is a great tool.
