We Don't Need Any More Tanks for the Military

You don't know what the enemy's going to do. You have to sort of be prepared for everything. The big money was in putting a lazer on seven forty-seven to knock off the one ballistic missile that kim jong un might fire some day. In 20 years in afghanistan, 20 years dan, we never had a witness protection programme our afghan allies. Not once did we ever have that programme. That's not where the big money was. And this is why i said it's not just about culture, it's also about money.
