Restaurants all over the world have had an incredibly tough year, but some have suffered a barrage of racism too. From Australia and America to the United Kingdom this week, we speak to three Chinese food businesses on the struggle to stay afloat amidst a storm of synophobia. I decided not to feel fear and worried anymore. Knowledge is the only way to destroy racism. So the more they know about our background, the more they knows about China, our culture, one day they'll ease it off.
