Is There a Constructive Dismissal Claim?

Barret De Daniel Barnet speaks with employment lawyer Mark Jones from Marjon Law on the topic of constructive dismissal. The law states that if there is a breach of contract, an employee must be able to rely upon it as their reason for resigning. But by not giving a reason at the time for the resignation, that could damage a subsequent claim for constructive dismissal because you then have evidential difficulties.
