Every client when they sign up gets a customized portal. We built because I've been lied to by a lot of title companies over the years, probably as you have. You can literally go see where your deal's at, click on it, it'll pop open. And I will put our people's notes up against anybody's. Every time somebody touches a file, there's a note in there. So no matter what, you can log in and see what the status of your deal is. we have a ton of communication, like every week.
