The Eight Marks of a Wise Word

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver. Peaceful words don't look past the sinful reality of the hearer, but they look upon the sinner with acceptance, forgiveness, and hope. The more we speak, the more likely we are to sin against God and to harm and hurt the people around us.
