The Power of Community in a Crisis

I've never seen anything more Spectacular than the way Salesforce community rallies around a crisis and it is in crisis like this, but when I've over the course of the 13 or so years I built that community there were people that have been through Hurricanes fires loss of family members loss of jobs any number of things. It's amazing to see what can happen And this is an enterprise business community, but it takes it to a whole other level So anyway, that was a total sidebar, but I just Planning for a crisis during a crisis is hard But if you just build an amazingly engaged community that's connected a far beyond Just the product of the service that you're selling they'll bubble up
