Add-Ons Are One of the Easiest Things to Implement
Using your value metric is a little bit harder to implement, but it pays dividends. Add-ons are one of the easiest things you can implement. Priority support is something like I guarantee you 20% of your base is willing to pay more just to make sure the phone color that you know is answered first. And even if they're only willing to pay $1 on your $10 per month product, that's typically pure margin because all you have to do is just do route it.
