The Importance of Chaos in a Large Team

This is clearly impractical and impossible to do, except if you can make it practical. It's a totally insane idea until it's like, wow, that's a really great idea. We should all be doing that right away. And then it takes them for 20 or 30 years for people to actually apply it. Life is too short. Human life is now somewhere in the region of three billion seconds is 92 years. So I don't have time to mess around with overhead that doesn't create value.
