Every 12 hours the sound inhales and exhales, covering and uncovering a beautiful, evanescence world at the intersection of land and water. The tide is also important because it's moving nutrients and its stirring up the waters. And so it's really essential to this body of water. It also is important because we have pretty, pretty decent tidal change. But' it's just a sentral part of the story of the sound.
