Is There a Way to Stay Motivated?

Everybody's going to have different goals, aren't they? And if you are somebody, I'm a bit like that. If I don't difficult to get myself out of bed, if I'm not pushing towards something with my running,. There's plenty of other stuff you could do, isn't there? You know, setting yourself a goal of, I would like to be able to run 5k and talk to my friend while I'm doing it. Or ... community motivation, all of those things, I think, are just as important.
