What's One of the Hardest Lessons That You've Learned That Has Really Helped Your Career?

I'm really glad I came back so there's no regrets but that's awesome well we were happy to have you come back. It takes a lot of work to really create those like working relationships with your partners and just like communication is key. There's a fine line between too much context and not enough context and where is that? And taking the time to communicate properly is really important  and properly is very vague but to make sure that um you're clear and concise.
