The Low Resource Languages of the World

There's estimated to be about 7,000 or so languages in the world and 2,000 of them are just in Africa. They all lack data sets and the tools and what are considered high resource languages is English. Google can basically use everything that's ever been published in English as a data set to train its models. That level of published text just doesn't exist in many of the world's languages.
