How to Balance Global Versus Local
How do you balance global efforts in those versus local efforts? Those kinds f things i wish i knew. We have four officers, so we're melborn, san francisco, new york and london, yand we struggle with this issue too. My view is you probably still want to do a lot of the ideation and the work locallys it's just o hard to do remotely. But what you have to do is find ways of communicating the results of that ideation and shared knowledge cross geographies.
