The Importance of Restorative Yoga
I love getting to practice a lot of variety of styles. Like some days you feel more yin, restorative, some days it's vinyasa. And I think that we're just, especially me, but all people were just so multifaceted and we're so different every single day. We're just ever changing and expanding. Sometimes we want vinyasa all the time for years and then we're like, you know what? I need to slow down. I need some hatha. Right? Yin and yang is everything. It's the balance of every, most people know what yin and yangs is. Right? It's the same with our physical practices
