Clean Power Plant

The Clean Power Plant was stayed by the Supreme Court in 2022. The Trump administration comes in and repeals the Clean Power Plant. And it does so on the basis of saying the Obama administration misread the statute. An alternative that was referred to as the ACE rule is the only rule that is consistent with the statute.
