Is Bukhale a Dictator?
Bukhale has over an 85% approval rating in the country. There is a vocal minority that don't like him and have tried to make that more of a political issue. Murder rates dropped by 15% during Bukhale's first three years of his presidency. But mass arrests has yet to be seen as helpful in curbing the amount of violent Salvadorans face from gangs.
