The Importance of Recognizing Incentives

When Russia got cut off of swift, there was an interesting quote that after I thought of Bitcoin. And when all these other countries are responding to those incentives saying this whole system is based on trust, trust was broken. What do we do? It's like the Russians don't want to hold Chinese currency. The Chinese don't wants to hold Russian currency. Yeah, maybe gold is an option, but they're all out there looking at each other say, well, if I can't trust a dollar, why would the Russian government trust the Chinese?"
