The Importance of Storytelling

I think it's an ongoing challenge communication. Part of it is how you represent complex data, how you help people visualize the problem. I'm not sure there's an easy answer to that. Many people are very graphical. They see pictures well. They don't see data. So for any young client, if you put up a mathematical equation on a business plan, you might want to think twice about that. The story is the key. But communicating down to members, that would be incredibly challenging. And when it gets cloudy, then I think there'll be this kind of reach for this. Even if the sun is shining, you need to know the fact you've taken a risk.
