Men Are Less Likely to Reach Out to a Friend if They're Feeling Bad
Suicide is the biggest killer in men under 40 disproportionately. There's no definitive answer, but one of them sadly is this sort of generalized idea that men can't reach out for help. It's really hard to approach any form of conversation or open up a conversation that first conversation that I had. You know, again, I can only ever talk from a male perspective, because I know the male side of it.
