Communication Breakdown in a 10+ Employee Organization

The biggest communication breakdowns I've ever seen are usually in offices with 10 plus employees. You don't know who's who's responsible for what, and it only gets worse as the employee population grows. Give new employees a general lay of the land in terms of teams and responsibilities. This will help mitigate employees stepping on each other's toes.
