The fifth culture that really interests us which is around the commitment culture. The idea that the culture is driven by really clear sense of purpose everyone has a clear idea of what of what you stand for but then equally they have a set of behaviors underpin it. This puts people very much at the heart of decision-making and over a 25-year period Barcelona won eight out of ten league titles, three champions leagues and world club challenge club championship 3 times in same period.
