How to Treat a Petaponary Syndrome After Liver Transplantation

The sweet spot seems to be PO2 of between 40 and 60 for recovery from petaponary syndrome after liver transplantation. Nitric oxide inhibitors have been used but not really with any great success. And there's really no other good medical management that has been found to treat these patients.
