Soccer Coaches - The Biggest Obstacle
I think sometimes it is about coaches being great salesman or sales women. The reality is that if I have a squad of 25 players and I am only taking 15 or 16 to the game with me and I have to leave a bunch at home and some of them have to start on the bench, then that is often the biggest obstacle in a soccer coach's relationship with their players.
