The Descriptive Versus Non-Descriptive Words With Vito

Tony Paranello: There's only two types of values in Vito's world. Hard dollar value is measured using numbers or percentages, or soft dollar value which is used using descriptive words and phrases. A hard dollar value would be something like the possibility of increasing margins by as much as 2% within the next nine months. Descriptive words and phrases are soft dollar value. Word pictures are important to Vito.
